8 Jurus Membuat Produk Digital Anda hanya Dalam Beberapa Jam!

Membuat produk digital sendiri adalah kunci utama seorang pebisnis Online untuk dapat memenangkan pertarungan yang bertendensi positif ke income melimpah dari internet.Biasanya, seperti kebanyakan para pemilik bisnis online menciptakan produk digital yang berkualitas dapat menghabiskan waktu hingga ratusan jam bahkan dapat menghabiskan ribuan dollar biaya yang harus dikeluarkan. Atas dasar itu, pada kesempatan ini saya mencoba menyusun langkah-demi langkah untuk membangun suatu produk digital secepat mungkin.

Langkah 1: Tentukan terlebih dahulu topik Anda

Syukur-syukur Anda telah menentukan 'daerah main' dan pangsa pasar yang Anda fokuskan. Jika tidak, maka persiapkan diri Anda dengan baik mulai saat dan detik ini juga untuk segera mulai. Pikirkan dengan baik kira-kira topik apa yang dapat menjawab 'kehausan'pasar internet saat ini, bisa berupa informasi, tip dan topik-topik populer yang sedang hangat dibicarakan (BBM, listrik, penyakit DBD, kaki gajah, flu babi dll). Cobalah search di mesin pencari, forum dan situs-situs semisal Clickbank dan eBay untuk melihat kira-kira jenis informasi apa yang mendapat permintaaan yang banyak dan pasar merasa 'lapar' akan hal itu.

Langkah 2: Cari Info Konten Sebanyak Mungkin

Setelah topik berkualitas diperoleh, maka cobalah mencari sebanyak mungkin sumber-sumber pustaka yang terkait dengan topik Anda. Yang paling mudah adalah dengan mencari produk-produk informasi yang terkait dan berlabel PLR (Private Label Rights) agar jika Anda mencatut sebagian kontennya (bahkan hampir seluruhnya) tidak melanggar hak paten. Terdapat banyak sumber PLR bisa Anda temukan di internet yang mengupas topik yang sama dengan Anda.

Langkah 3: Tentukan bagaimana Konten-konten tersebut akan Anda gunakan

Tentu merupakan ide yang sangat cemerlang jika Anda mampu membuat beragam jenis produk. Anda akan memiliki keleluasaan memberikan pilihan kepada konsumen Anda dengan variasi harga untuk tiap produknya, lagi pula hal tersebut akan memberikan peluang kepada konsumen untuk membeli produk Anda lebih dari satu. Hebat khan...!

Jika Anda menggunakan konten dari beberapa produk PLR yang sejenis, hal yang bijak jika Anda dapat menggabungkannya secara cerdik menjadi sebuah laporan khusus (free special report), e-book atau Anda menjadikannya bahan untuk menyelenggarakan kursus mini (mini-course). Bahkan Anda dapat menjadikannya bahan untuk e-book yang berkualitas tinggi dengan menyisipkan beberapa audio-video yang menjadi pelengkap dan peyempurnanya, lebih jauhnya lagi Anda dapat menindak-lanjutinya dengan menjadikannya sebuah produk fisik yang siap dilempar ke pasaran, misalnya sebuah buku bisnis.

Jadi di sini letak kuncinya adalah pada kreativitas Anda sendiri dalam berpikir untuk menarik target pasar yang benar-benar tepat sasaran (targetted). Apalagi jika Anda menemukan e-book PLR yang berukuran besar, tentu saja akan sangat menguntungkan bagi Anda karena hanya dibutuhkan tambahan-tambahan kecil saja untuk melengkapinya.

Langkah 4: Gabungkan konten untuk menciptakan produk yang unik

Seperti yang telah disebutkan di langkah 3 tadi, menggabungkan konten PLR adalah cara yang cerdas dan hemat untuk menciptakan produk yang khusus (unik) milik Anda sendiri. Walaupun sebagian orang telah mengenal bagian-bagian konten tertentu secara terpisah, tapi jangan khawatir dengan segenap kecakapan Anda, telah mampu menggabungkannya menjadi bundel produk yang unik dan komprehensif.

Langkah 5: Tambahkan beberapa sentuhan pribadi Anda sendiri
Jika Anda telah memiliki konten PLR  gabungan, tak perlu menulis ulang semuanya, cukup tambahkan beberapa 'sentuhan' dengan bahasa dan informasi yang Anda ciptakan sendiri. Menurut hemat saya, ini merupakan cara yang cukup cerdas dan jitu untuk menarik perhatian calon pelanggan Anda. Sentuhan-sentuhan pribadi tadi dapat Anda letakkan di bagian pembukaan dan penutup misalnya. Cukup cerdas bukan...? he...he....

Langkah 6: Tampung dan akomodir tiap masukan tentang produk Anda
Sebelum melepas produk ke pasaran, akan lebih baik jika Anda meminta beberapa teman dekat Anda untuk membacanya terlebih dahulu dan mintalah komentar, masukkan, dan pendapat mereka tentang produk Anda. Jika mungkin, mintalah kesaksian mereka untuk bahan testimonial pada kegiatan marketing Anda nantinya.

Langkah 7: Tempatkan ringkasan konten e-book Anda pada sales letter website
Buatlah resume poin per poin tentang konten Anda pada surat penjualan (sales letter) yang Anda rancang dengan sangat cermat. Sebutkan beberapa manfaat konten tersebut bagi calon pelanggan (pembeli) Anda. Tentunya dengan beberapa tambahan yang menarik (sentuhan-sentuhan tadi), Anda bisa berharap calon pelanggan tambah penasaran dan ingin segera tahu lebih jauh isi dari konten selengkapnya di produk digital Anda. Dan, insya Allah akan segera ditutup dengan sebuah penjualan...!

Langkah 8: Luruskan niat dan berdoa yang tulus

Inilah poin terpenting untuk Anda lakukan, niat dan doa yang tulus merupakan senjata yang
angat mematikan, karena merupakan penghubung langsung antara Anda dengan Sang Pemberi Kesuksesan.

Ulangi langkah-langkah di atas tadi untuk membuat variasi produk yang akan Anda ciptakan di kemudian hari sebagai modal kesuksesan Anda di bisnis online.

CARA MUDAH MEMBANGUN BISNIS ONLINE SENDIRI

Pada postingan kali ini (diutamakan bagi pemula), saya akan sedikit mengupas secara singkat bagaimana cara mudah membangun sebuah bisnis online (para netter sering menyebutnya 'kerajaan bisnis') tanpa membuat produk digital sendiri, semisal e-book. Hal ini diilhami oleh tidak mudahnya membuat sebuah produk digital yang benar-benar dapat diterima pasar. Dibutuhkan riset pasar yang akurat agar produk yang kita buat mampu menjawab kebutuhan pasar yang benar-benar 'lapar'.

Bagi para pemula yang baru terjun di bisnis online, disamping dapat mengikuti beberapa program afiliasi bermutu, sebagai batu loncatan tidak ada salahnya segera mulai membangun sebuah website bisnis yang berpotensi menghasilkan rupiah yang anda impi-impikan. Caranya bangunlah sebuah website bisnis yang memungkinkan kita menjual produk digital buatan orang lain.

Produk-produk digital yang anda pasarkan haruslah yang memiliki label MRR (master resell right), PLR (private label right) dan semacamnya yang memungkinkan kita mendapat hak jual penuh atas produk-produk digital tersebut sehingga keuntungannya 100% milik kita sendiri. Anda terlebih dahulu harus membeli produk-produk digital tersebut sebagai modalnya. Atau sebagai alternatif anda bisa tambahkan produk MRR dan PLR yang gratisan, Anda dapat mencarinya di search engine dengan keyword "free MRR/PLR". Hanya biasanya, produk-produk tersebut biasanya 'keluaran lama' dan untuk produk-produk yang baru, Anda harus membelinya.

Tahap selanjutnya, Anda harus menyiapkan website-nya itu sendiri. Cara mudah adalah dengan menyewa jasa pembuatan web atau membuatnya sendiri dengan cara membeli (bisa juga gratis) script web bisnis yang sudah hampir jadi (tinggal edit sedikit-sedikit).

Pokoknya ingat dan ingat selalu target kita setiap detik, bahkan setiap kita bernapas. Biarkan target tersebut dicatat dengan baik di alam bawah sadar kita. Dengan begitu, kita akan selalu bersemangat dan menjadi energi
positif dalam setiap aktivitas kehidupan kita.


2. Berfikir Positive
Apa yang akan anda alami, semua bergantung kepada fikiran anda. Jadi berfikirlah selalu hal-hal yang positif, tentang keberhasilan anda, tujuan-tujuan yang telah anda capai serta buah manis hasil perjuangan anda. Jauhkan diri anda dari fikiran-fikiran negative, karena dapat mengganggu dan menjadi penghalang langkah-langkah anda selajutnya.
Bayangkan selalu, bila anda berhasil nanti, anda akan turun dari mobil mewah, rumah yang nyaman dengan perabotan serba mewah dan……..isteri yang muda dan cantik.


3. Menciptakan strategi-strategi untuk mencapai tujuan
Buatlah strategi yang jitu dan terukur untuk mencapai target tersebut. Susunlah dengan baik, catatlah dalam buku catatan harian khusus anda. Bawalah kemana pun anda pergi, jika perlu perlakukan ia seperti anda memperlakukan isteri atau pacar cantik anda. Beri perhatian yang khusus dan serius. 4. Menjalankan strategi-strategi dengan baik, cerdas dan konsisten
Laksanakan strategi-strategi tersebut dengan baik, cerdas, sabar dan konsisten. Kendalikan waktu anda dengan baik, jika tidak, ia akan membunuhmu. Jagalah agar anda tetap focus dengan tujuan, strategi dan target-target anda.
Janganlah berpaling, karena anda akan kehilangan focus dan perhatian anda. Pelaksanaan strategi ini akan membutuhkan keuletan anda, kedisiplinan, daya tahan mental yang tangguh serta kesabaran yang luar biasa.

5. Rencanakan dengan baik setiap tindakan yang diambil

7. Selalu bekerja keras dan penuh semangat
Tak ada hasil yang optimal tanpa kerja keras (bahkan nol). Hidup ini keras dan perlu perjuangan yang maksimal. Keraslah pada diri anda, dengan begitu, alam akan lunak kepada anda. Keberhasilan akan lunak kepada anda, Tetapi sebaliknya, jika anda lunak terhadap diri anda, maka alam akan keras kepada anda, alam akan marah kepada anda.. Dan kesuksesan itu hanya tinggal kenangan. Ingat energi itu selalu kekal dan lestari, selalu menuju keseimbangan. Kerja keras adalah suatu keharusan dan kepastian, ia merupakan salah satu tiket anda menuju hidup bahagia, sejahtera, penuh kemuliaan. Tanpa itu semua, anda akan mati ditelan competitor-kompetitor anda.


8. Berikan nilai lebih terhadap setiap pekerjaan/tindakan
Bekerjalah selalu di atas standar. Jika orang lain berpromosi 2 jam per hari maka anda harus 3 jam per hari dengan konsisten dan kontinyu. Jika orang lain mampu menulis artikel untuk posting 3 artikel per hari, anda harus mampu 4 sampai 5 artikel perhari. Tingkatkan terus kualitas dan kuantitas artikel di blog atau website anda. Bekerjalah selalu melebihi orang lain, niscaya anda akan lebih unggul. Selalu beri nilai lebih untuk setiap pekerjaan yang anda lakukan. 9. Tidak pernah takut gagal
Tak ada yang sukses tanpa pernah mengalami kegagalan dalam bisnisnya. Tapi mereka tak pernah pesimis dan putus asa.
Mereka segera bangkit lagi dengan energi dan semangat yang baru. Bagi mereka, kegagalan adalah jembatan untuk menuju keberhasilan. Demikian juga anda, jangan pernah merasa takut gagal, karena jika anda terus bangkit dan bangkit lagi, maka sesungguhnya anda tidak gagal. How to Make Money with PLR Articles

1. Load articles into an autoresponder.


You already know you need to load up an autoresponder series as a way to

automatically build a relationship with your readers. PLR articles make this task easily.

While you should load at least seven to twelve articles into your series, you can also put

your business on autopilot by loading 52 articles into the series – one per week. That’s

a full year’s worth of content that you can use to build a relationship, help you close

sales, and so on.

Do note, however, that you should be using “evergreen” content. In other words, use

content that’s always relevant and timeless.





2. Use the content to create regular newsletters.



Of course you don’t need to use all your PLR content in your autoresponder. You can

also use PLR articles for real-time broadcasts to your entire list. And since you’re

blasting it out live, you don’t even need to worry about it being “evergreen” content.

For best results, weave affiliate links – or links to your own products and services – into

this content.





3. Use the content on your blog.

You can get your blog off to a good start by populating it with PLR content. Then you

can keep your blog going by posting PLR articles once or twice a week. In fact, if you’re

using a blog platform that allows you to autopost, then you can load it up any time you

want

Since blog posts can be short – even as small as a couple hundred words – you can

easily take one PLR article, chop it in half, and create two blog posts.





4. Create offline newsletters using PLR articles.



Many marketers use PLR articles to help create their autoresponder series or their

online newsletter. However, PLR content can also be used to create an offline

newsletter – either free or paid.





5. Use PLR articles as the basis for your research.



I’m sure you’ve seen it before: PLR articles that are written so horribly that they are

difficult to read. Obviously, they were written by someone whose first language is not

English. While they might pull in search engine traffic, you know that any human who

reads these types of articles will hit the back button

Worse yet, sometimes you run into PLR articles that are beautifully written – but you

can’t use them. The problem is that when you run them through CopyScape.com, you

find out that they’re plagiarized. That opens you up to copyright infringement and

intellectual property lawsuits.

Obviously, you cannot use these articles as-is. But does that mean you wasted your

money buying these PLR articles? Not necessarily. You see, if the articles are wellresearched

and the content is good, then you can use them as the basis for your own

research to write completely new articles.

Think about it: researching your article usually takes more time than writing it. So if you

have a well-researched article in front of you, all you need to do is rewrite it to create a

completely original (yet factual) article.

In other words, don’t despair the next time you buy dirt-cheap PLR articles only to find

out they’re cheap because they’re poor quality. Just consider the money as well-spent

since it reduces your research time.





6. Add affiliate links to articles and submit to article directories.



Here’s an easy way to make money from PLR articles. Simply go to Clickbank.com,

Amazon.com, or any other site with an affiliate program. Find a best selling product.

(Clickbank in particular makes this easy to do, since they list their hottest products at

the top of each category.)

Next, find PLR articles closely related to the same topic of the affiliate product. Rewrite

the content, as most article directories won’t accept PLR articles or duplicate content.

As you rewrite, insert your affiliate links into the article.



It’s also a good idea to rewrite it around one or two keywords that your market will use

to find your article. Use WordTracker.com (or your favorite keyword tool) to determine

what longtail keywords get traffic, but also have very little competition in the search

engines.

Finally, submit your rewritten PLR articles to article directories like ezinearticles.com.

You should also include a resource box at the end of the article to point people to your

website, which should encourage people to get on your mailing list.





7. Use PLR articles as search engine food.



Instead of merely posting PLR content on your blog as mentioned in strategy #3, you

can rewrite it around your niche keywords and then post it. That way these articles will

not only serve as “sticky” content to draw visitors back again and again, you’ll also pull

in new search engine traffic.





8. Create a content-rich site /and sell it!

That’s right, you can use your PLR articles to create a content-rich site based around a

particular niche. Then you can monetize the site by adding AdSense to the site or

adding affiliate links to the content (or both).

Usually you might then start working on promoting the site, such as tweaking your

content around longtail keywords to bring in search engine traffic, using article

marketing, using expired domains that are already bringing in traffic, or similar traffic

generation strategies. However, your other option is to simply sell the site outright to

another marketer on eBay, DigitalPoint forums, or a similar marketplace.

You also have two options. You can either create one site – with a domain name and

everything – and sell the site and domain name. Alternatively, you can sell the site

template (design) and all of its content to multiple buyers as an “out of the box” solution.

Note, however, that some PLR licenses may not allow you to resell the content, even if

it’s part of an overall site. This is especially true if you’re selling it to multiple buyers.

You’ll need to look for PLR content that includes transferable rights.





9. Create the site – and keep it.



Of course you can create a content-rich niche website as described above, except don’t

sell it. Instead, keep adding content to it, keep promoting it, and keep monetizing it







10. Create a site using PLR and sell advertising.



As described above, one way to monetize a content site is to insert advertising links or

AdSense on the site. Another way to do it is to sell advertising on the site. You may

sell text ads or banner ads. If your site has a high Google page rank, many advertisers

will be content to merely buy a link as a means to get the benefits of your high page

rank.





11. Run a membership site.



Membership sites are good profit models, because of the residual income. However,

generally membership sites are also tedious to maintain, simply because you need to

constantly be creating and uploading new content.

That’s where PLR articles come in. No more struggling to brainstorm your next topic.

No more spending days creating the content. Just tweak PLR articles and upload it to

your site. Now membership maintenance only takes a couple hours instead of days (or

weeks)!





12. Pull in foreign search engine traffic.



Are you bilingual? Or do you know a good translator?

If so, you can translate your PLR articles into foreign languages. As usual, pay

particular attention to one or two keywords in each article. Then upload to your site and

watch the traffic start coming in.
